Lally Pak’s 120,000 square feet manufacturing facility features top-of-the-line equipment, including a collection of specialized Flexo gearless printing presses, solvent and solventless laminators, stand-up pouch machines, high-speed perforators, and auto-wicketers. With our 4 presses on site suited for a variety of purposes, Lally Pak is equipped to craft unique packaging for multi-national corporate accounts, brand owners, contract packagers and local start-ups.

Lally Pak’s packaging films can be produced with a wide range of materials, including low density polyethylene, (LLDPE), Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), Coex film, High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), nylon and metalized films, Polyvinylidene Chloride (PVDC) coating, and Saran-coating. Printing capabilities accommodate 175 line screens with up to 10 colors. The possibilities at Lally Pak are limited only by clients’ individual needs and creative vision.

  • Nordmeccanica Super Combi 3000 model 1500 laminator featuring Rotogravure coating , solventless, solvent and water based laminations, and in-register cold seal adhesive coating.

  • 2 - Nordmeccanica Simplex laminators featuring Rotogravure coating , solventless, solvent and water based laminations, and in-register cold seal adhesive coating.

  • Uteco “Rainbow” Solventless Laminator.

  • 6 State-of-the-Art Servo Pouch Machines that produce a variety of stand-up pouches and quad seal zippered pouches.

  • 3 High-Speed Slitters equipped with Laser Scoring and Perforating module.

  • 18 Auto-Wicketers and Flat Converting Machines

  • Serving markets in United States, Canada, and Mexico.
